Each of us deserves to be with our family for the holidays. We all love the moments when we are together around the crowded table. Unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity to feel this.
Hundreds of thousands of elderly people around the world will not expect their children and grandchildren to arrive this year. They will not rush to prepare the most delicious dishes. They live in elderly homes, where for them the fun and good mood is already somehow lost in time. The gray everyday life is soaked in them and they are just used to it.
They are the foundation on which we proudly walk. Without any of them, the world would not be as we know it today. We must treat them with respect and honor.
I have worked in such a home for many years and now, when I am no longer there, I want to do this campaign to make the elderly happy for the holidays. With a few friends we decided to organize this campaign and with the funds raised, to do what each of us must do constantly. To help those who are most in need.
Our "Christmas for Everyone" campaign raises funds to provide them with a brighter Christmas. All donated funds will be distributed in 4 nursing homes that we have chosen to provide warm clothes, shoes and also a special holiday dinner to bring back the smiles on their faces.
Help people who are grandparents and parents celebrate "the most fabulous time of the year" as they deserve. Think of your mothers, fathers, grandparents, you will be able to provide them with everything they need, but many others will not get joy for the holiday. Let's think about them too.
Help and know that good is like a boomerang - it always comes back. Let's give Christmas to everyone this year!
